New Collection Announced for 2027
E. L. Marsh has announced a forthcoming collection of linked stories exploring the intersection of family memory, inheritance, and geographical distance. The collection, titled "The Cartography of Memory," will be published by Penguin in spring 2027.
In a conversation with The Paris Review, Marsh discussed the project: "These stories began in notebooks during a year when I couldn't travel—when place became both increasingly distant and more intimately present. They're about the ways families map their lives across generations and geography."
